Liscere
Evaluates whether industrial actions are contextually legitimate, operationally coherent, and safe to execute.
Because in OT environments, a command can be authorised and protocol-valid while still being wrong for the current process state.
01 — The current gap
A command passes.Context doesn’t.
Existing OT security layers can confirm who issued a command, whether the protocol is valid, and whether the target asset is known. The missing question is whether that action is right for the current process state.
- Identity confirmedThe actor is known and authorised.
- Protocol validThe command follows an allowed format.
- Asset registeredThe target exists in the inventory.
- Context evaluatedIs this action appropriate right now?

No component in this chain evaluates whether the action is coherent with the machine condition, process sequence, or active safety policy.
